Description of Laguna Melincue (Argentina)

Laguna Melincué is located in the province of Santa Fe and has a surface area of more than 120 square kilometers. It was declared a Wetland of International Importance on July 24, 2008, joining the list of Ramsar sites. The lagoon is a Flatwater spot with many miles of shallow waters to practice pretty safely.
