Description of Monciskes (Lithuania)
Monciskes is the wave spot for Lithuania on the Baltic Sea. Even though all the baltic coast of the country it is rideable with very similar conditions, here the locals say there are the best wave and wind conditions. Wind can blow from different directions from north to south. The best windy periods are in spring and fall, while in summer you can have windy days but they are not granted. Wintertime offers more windy days, but the temperatures can go very low. The beach is sandy and wide, with plenty of space to set the kite. Downwinders from and to Palanga and further are a great option.
