Description of Mecufi (Mozambique)

Mecufi beach is the best wave spot of all the north part of Mozambique with its turquoise crystal clear water. The long and wide beach settles 10 km north of the Baia do Lurio in the proximity of Diamond resort. There is plenty of space to set up kites and go into the water. On good days waves can reach up to 2m in height and stretch long along the beach for long rides, but the spot offers great conditions in all windy periods.
