Description of Baan Tai Beach (Thailand)
Lagoon with white sand beach protected by a coral reef, shallow and flat water. The Baan Tai lagoon is a perfect spot to start as a beginner or improve anyone's riding level. Plenty of space to set up the kite and launch it from the sand bank.

On no-wind days, there are many activities to be done on the island such as wake-boarding, jet-skiing, snorkeling, and scuba diving with the possibility of seeing the whale shark at Sail Rock, tracks in the jungle, a boat tour of Ang Thong National Park, the discovery of the island by bicycle, quad bike, football, tennis, yoga, meditation, water parks, etc.
How to get There
Fly to Surat Thani airport, then bus and boat (between 2 and 6h depending the company) Or fly to Koh Samui airport, then 30min by boat to cross.
Private with fee (100 baths per day, 1500 baths per month) in the local school, free water, shower, toilet, beach boy to launch and land the kites, electric pump, storage for membership.
