Description of Frassanito (Italy)

A long stripe of coast between Frassanito and the private club Voi Alimini is one of the most popular kite spots in the Salento's hot summers. The kitesurfing spot works with both north wind (Tramontana) and south wind (Scirocco). The wind is steady and consistent, but when it becomes strong the conditions are good for experts. Crowded in summer months, especially August.
